SOUP TO SAVE A DEAD SOUL

You will need:

4 quarts beef broth

1 tbsp. chopped lovage

1 tbsp. chopped lemongrass

1 tsp. sage

1 tsp. marjoram

1 tsp. rosemary

1 onion, chopped

Salt & pepper (to taste)

Season beef broth with the spices and the onion. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until onion is cooked. (This can be served with noodles added.)
