You will need:

1 onion, chopped

3 tbsp. butter

1 tsp. paprika

1/4 cup chicken broth

1 1/4 lb. mushrooms, cleaned and chopped

1 tbsp. butter

3 eggs, beaten

4 tbsp. flour

1 tsp. chopped parsley

Salt and pepper to taste

Ginger and rosemary (ground) to taste

In a frying pan saute the chopped onion in 1 tbsp. butter until wilted. Add paprika, water and mushrooms, then cook. When mushrooms are done, combine them in a bowl with 1 tbsp. butter, eggs, flour, salt, pepper and parsley. Season with ginger and rosemary. Form mixture into flat patties. Heat some of the remaining butter in the pan and fry patties until golden brown, adding more butter as you go, until all of the patties are fried.
